What do you think about having Home Warranty insurance? I\u2019ve only used it once I pay a service charge of 60 or something dollars if they come out. For my washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, roof, central heating is all covered plus plumbing. If they can\u2019t fix it they replace it.
